Mock-up on my current portfolio project. Super happy with it. Now I need to print all three designs. Gosh this week is such a killer. Also need to print my kinesiology homework and e-mail a mini-portfolio pdf today. Is it graduation day yet?

Graduation is fast approaching...

So, two of my posters got into the 2D3D show!!!!! You have no idea how excited I am about this. Whether I do Industry Night or not, I will have work on display. I get to invite friends and family to see it displayed and get a taste of what my school life is all about. I feel very accomplished and now I have SOMETHING design-related to put onto my resume, and hopefully more to come after I graduate. All stress aside (bank switching, tuition issues) life is going swell.

Mitch's Surprise Birthday Dinner

So clearly, I've been meaning to get back into my photo blogging habits. I just love capturing memories and sharing them. Yesterday was Mitch (the boyfriend)'s birthday, so I planned a Surprise dinner and everyone who RSVPed showed up! Thanks to everyone who made Mitch's dinner a success. The food was DELICIOUS and the company was simply wonderful. I love all of you and Mitch thanks you too!

Chopped off a lot of my hair! Layers + Bangs trimmed + much shorter. My hair feels healthier and lightweight, ahh! Oh and this is also my new favorite mug. Got it from Anthropologie for $6! Yay for type mugs!

Valentine's Day

Spent Valentine’s Day hanging around Claremont and ate at this sweet and quaint cafe called “Last Drop Cafe.” We ran into Charles Frederick! He’s such a sweet retired professor that I had the privilege of taking last quarter (he teaches once a year). The food was delicious, and we walked around a bit afterwards. Went to Rhino Records and all these adorable mom & pop shops. Who needs expensive dinner dining when you can have a simple sweet day?
